President of the Committee for Elaboration, Monitoring, Coordination and Methodological guidance of the "Programme for Managerial Development Control System" in Cluj-Napoca Branch of the Romanian Academy.

Baritiu" History Institute from Cluj-Napoca, Series Humanistica and in the "Studies and Researches from the Socio-Human Field" (issued by the Socio-Human research Department of the Institute); in the Scientific Board of Annals of Oradea University, Fascicle Sociology-Philosophy-Social work.
